God: wants that fellowship….
Isaiah 58:10-11 (KJV) “And if thou draw out thy soul to the hungry, and satisfy the afflicted soul; then shall thy light rise in obscurity, and thy darkness be as the noon day: And the Lord shall guide thee continually, and satisfy thy soul in drought, and make fat thy bones: and thou shalt be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water, whose waters fail not.”
At times you know that in some situations there is more that you are capable of doing so that someone could be comfortable or satisfied, but it’s a push for you to accomplish it and you end up just walking away.
Maybe if we take the time to imagine ourselves in another person’s position it might be easier to be gratuitous in one sense and more helpful in assisting them in need.
Then again, many of us have a tendency to look on and it takes something really powerful to get us out of that zone. Lend a hand today.
