His title#Father…

God: Abba Father…

Matthew 6:9-13 (KJV) “After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.”

Many times we get into praying mode and nothing comes forth; the cares of life, the pressures from relationships, whatever it is that comes across our way causes a heaviness that cannot be easily penetrated.

It is at times like this that we can try to remember this go to prayer taught by our Savior Jesus Christ as He instructed the disciples: The our Father Prayer.

It summarizes relationship between Father and His people; it addresses the things we need to get us through the day and it also show us how to cleanse ourselves from the sins that easily beset.

The next time you can’t bring your mind to think in prayer, whisper His prayer which He has taught throughout the ages.
