God: made a provision by the death of Christ….
2 Corinthians 12:8-10 (KJV) “For this thing I besought the Lord thrice, that it might depart from me. And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ’s sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong.”
I know there are times when you get caught in some kinds of dilemma and it rings through to be wrong at all levels, yet you can’t help yourself. No matter how much you try, it seems as if it is stuck upon you like glue and can’t break off.
But the grace of God, that which Christ died to secure for our benefit covers the areas or our lives that gives us a fight in overcoming.
We know that the Holy Spirit is the one that does the work, even in us who are called as believers; but in the process of getting to the promise land, there are many obstacles that we need to get pass and through and at times the fight is very vicious.
May we get to the point where we can appreciate and trust the grace which we cannot take lightly because of the blood that was shed to accomplish it.
