God: wrap us in His love…
St John 15:4-5 (KJV) “Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me. I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing”.
A gratuitous relationship will bring a deeper longing for more of what has already been experience; even though there might be not so great days, it is worthwhile to push deeper to get to the promise that exists.
With God, it is expectant that there be growth, that at some level we will dig deeper and come higher to reach where He has placed fruits for us to feed on.
The vision for me is having the Spirit of God intertwine Himself in and around me to take me where I need to go: the willingness is there, the desire and obviously my body available for the ministration of the the Spirit of God; prepare my mind to go the distance with Him.
Abiding, desiring and expecting that a perfect union will take place: God in us, the hope of glory. You in Him and He in you, perfection exemplified. Let His love, Spirit and will consume your desire to get higher and deeper within Him.
His place: our satisfaction.
