God: supplies the power…
St. Matthew 14:29-31 (KJV) “And he said, Come. And when Peter was come down out of the ship, he walked on the water, to go to Jesus. But when he saw the wind boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink, he cried, saying, Lord, save me. And immediately Jesus stretched forth his hand, and caught him, and said unto him, O thou of little faith, wherefore didst thou doubt?”
We tend to doubt ourselves and what we are capable of in doing good sometimes; many of us will encourage others to do this and that but when it comes time for us to be launched into the deep then there come into our hearts a hesitation.
It’s not wrong or bad to doubt the capabilities within ourselves, but to consistently cast down ourselves who do not obtain the skills or faith to go beyond wonderful can be a bad thing.
With Jesus at the helm of our ship the sky is the limit and we can accomplish whatever He puts in our heart to achieve.
Set goals that will bring the glory to God and see Him propel you for the sky in attaining them. Shoot for the sky with God.
