Effective Godly Conversation….

God: do talk with and to us…

Habakkuk 1:1-5 (KJV) “O Lord, how long shall I cry, and thou wilt not hear! even cry out unto thee of violence, and thou wilt not save! Why dost thou shew me iniquity, and cause me to behold grievance? for spoiling and violence are before me: and there are that raise up strife and contention. Therefore the law is slacked, and judgment doth never go forth: for the wicked doth compass about the righteous; therefore wrong judgment proceedeth. Behold ye among the heathen, and regard, and wonder marvelously: for I will work a work in your days which ye will not believe, though it be told you.

Many folks believe that in our world today, God doesn’t talk to people anymore and we need to be guided only by the written word of truth; but the written word also tells us that God will send us another comforter who will lead us to all truth.

This Comforter resides within us when we accept the Lord Jesus as our Savior and surely He is not a silent partner as some would want to suggest: He lives, He directs, He loves, He instructs as sees fit from the Father, He has taken us residence within us to our benefit as the one driving the human cars of our bodies.

Can you figure it?

Yes Sir, through it all God has created an effective means of communicating with us, much like He is doing with His prophet Habakkuk. The man of God spoke, he complained and the Lord God responded.

We have that also today…
