I sin, you sin, we all sin…

God: is a forgiver….

Psalms 130:3-6 (KJV) “If thou, Lord, shouldest mark iniquities, O Lord, who shall stand? But there is forgiveness with thee, that thou mayest be feared. I wait for the Lord, my soul doth wait, and in his word do I hope. My soul waiteth for the Lord more than they that watch for the morning: I say, more than they that watch for the morning”.

At times we look at the faults and sins of others and it grieves us because we wonder why some folks cannot get it right; we want them to be right. But at some level we forget that at some time in our lives we were not “right” either.

But if God should judge us or repay us for all that we have done, we won’t be alive today. Yet if you look at the face of God and His attributes, it is full of grace and love; He forgives us our trespasses if we allow Him to.

Even as you go about doing what you today, remember that you once were a sinner, but you are now saved by grace…

  1. Equipping The Saints says:

Consider Romans 7:14-20, “indwelling sin.” Use an “easy to read” translation for this passage. Please keep up your good work.
