God: just one or the other…
2 Corinthians 1:20 (KJV) “For all the promises of God in him are yea, and in him Amen, unto the glory of God by us”.
In today’s society it doesn’t take much to get into trouble; you answer a question asked and it just might land you in hot water; then there is the one asking the question who is secretly taping you to set you up for a fall.
People are unpredictable sometimes can be disingenuous in their behavior; you can’t really hate on the means by which folks try to protect themselves, but it’s taken a turn which leaves you baffled at times.
The word cautions us though in believing and trusting God for things to come to pass in this life, it’s just necessary to let your words be few and summarized in “yea or Amen”. Simple instructions, but they are powerful to us in our lives.
Keep it simple and we’ll see…
