God: knows what you can carry….
Luke 12:47-48 (KJV) “And that servant, which knew his lord’s will, and prepared not himself, neither did according to his will, shall be beaten with many stripes. But he that knew not, and did commit things worthy of stripes, shall be beaten with few stripes. For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required: and to whom men have committed much, of him they will ask the more”.
We as humans tend to be very reactive at times and it’s difficult to understand the way we react in response to some circumstances; but that is in the flesh. In the spirit we need to have an understanding of the expectation of God and from there we can move on with our actions.
You see God gave us an example and guidelines on how He will treat us and what He has in store for us and as believers we go to Him in humility seeking that which has already been identified in our lives. God doesn’t make any mistakes and knows our attitudes better than we do.
Saying that to say, if He blesses us with $2 million and directs us to give $500K of that to someone, just do it. He knew He could trust you with holding the bag.
But the thing is we need to act like we know whose we are; and when He gives us instructions, don’t dwell on the negativity, but keep His will in the forefront of our minds.
Do that and it shall be well with…
