Finding the way….

God: was emphatic in this truth…

St John 14:5-6 (KJV) “Thomas saith unto him, Lord, we know not whither thou goest; and how can we know the way? Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me”.

In seeking God, or that higher source of power, divinity we have to acknowledge and be in agreement with the Word and believe when Jesus say that He only is the way to get to the Father.

We can hold unto other things and try different methodology which is quite contrary to the path to Christ, but in the searching we have to determine the end result and also the living that comes with it.

Jesus offers us thing thing: everlasting life, He offers us the opportunity to cast our cares upon Him and by gosh I have experienced this one personally working with immediate effect; He offers us His peace and love which the world cannot receive.

My friend, Jesus doesn’t have to sell Himself, because acceptance propels you into a different realm which is supernatural. He is the way to life eternal and that’s the way we ought to seek for.

Very good. Consider the definition of Jesus for eternal life. John 17:3.”This is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent .” This verse is a text book definition of “eternal life, which is an intimate relationship with God the Father, through God the Son, being empowered by God the Holy Spirit.” The intimacy is that which is shown in Genesis 4:1 and Matthew 1:18-25. (food for thought). This type of intimacy (John 17:3) is realized by the new birth, whereby our flawed spirit becomes as perfect as the Spirit of Christ, and dwells within the Spirits of Father, Son, and Holy Spirit (John 14:10, 11 16, 17, 20, 26; added John 16:5-11, 2 Cor 5:17; Col 1:27; 1 John 1:5; realized by John 3:3 performed by Holy Spirit John 3:6-8; required for everyone, Jew and Gentile; illustrated by Ezekiel 36:25-27; see the action words; God is in charge; He makes the new birth and indwelling possible and happening.) Please excuse me for being so long-winded.
