You will get back up and fight: it’s your nature….

God: stamped us as soldiers….

2 Timothy 2:1-4 (KJV) “Thou therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus. And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also. Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ. No man that warreth entangleth himself with the affairs of this life; that he may please him who hath chosen him to be a soldier”.

In engaging in this relationship with Christ it is prudent to know that you also have enlisted to be a soldier and as such will have to undergo rigorous training that befits a soldier in the army of your Lord.

You were called with a holy calling because God saw your credentials; He placed certain irrefutable traits within you that no anti-God force can negate. The only one who can force you to walk away from this battle is you.

God knew that you were a fighter and can hold on until it is time for Him to call it quits. Beloved, God saw your faithfulness and can boast on you just as He did with Job. He can tell anyone bringing a railing accusation against you that He already saw your end from your beginning.

God knows that if you get knocked down in this training, you will get back up again and finish the job.

Don’t disappoint Him.
