God: first loved us…
1 John 4:19 (KJV) “We love him, because he first loved us”.
We really don’t have a leg to stand on as believers when we complain that we are unloved; before there was time, God loved us and He did something about it.
How many times have you complained even if it is within yourself that you can’t feel love in the church or certain folks don’t love you and felt really convinced that you were justified to feel angst?
But the one who really matters have gone beyond expressing and have acted upon what He is preaching, He sent a sacrifice to ensure that the love sticks.
Amazing that HE loves us so much and even before we came into being. Totally amazing…
