Guard your offering against the birds……

fed by God

God: wants an offering….

Genesis 15:8-11 (KJV) “And he said, Lord God, whereby shall I know that I shall inherit it? And he said unto him, Take me an heifer of three years old, and a she goat of three years old, and a ram of three years old, and a turtledove, and a young pigeon. And he took unto him all these, and divided them in the midst, and laid each piece one against another: but the birds divided he not. And when the fowls came down upon the carcases, Abram drove them away”.

You are probably the most faithful person when it comes to giving tithes and offering to your church and ministries, yet there seems to be a stumbling block in what you need to be comfortable in life.

You have given until it hurts to the point that you would be commended if you stood next to the widow who offered the widow’s mite; yet that breakthrough you are seeking is not forthcoming. You might be saying to yourself, what can a person do to gain what has been promised in the word as so many have taught.

Could it be that even as you are giving your offering, evil birds of prey are picking and plucking away at your offering much like Abram the father of faith; but he did something about those  pesky birds, he chased them away from his offering.

Maybe you need to cover your offering before it comes out of your hand so that it returns in the full measure. Protect that which God has blessed you with.
