Speak your way into the blessing….

God: has specific requirements…

Matthew 15:22-28 (KJV) “And, behold, a woman of Canaan came out of the same coasts, and cried unto him, saying, Have mercy on me, O Lord, thou son of David; my daughter is grievously vexed with a devil. But he answered her not a word. And his disciples came and besought him, saying, Send her away; for she crieth after us. But he answered and said, I am not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel. Then came she and worshipped him, saying, Lord, help me. But he answered and said, It is not meet to take the children’s bread, and to cast it to dogs. And she said, Truth, Lord: yet the dogs eat of the crumbs which fall from their masters’ table. Then Jesus answered and said unto her, O woman, great is thy faith: be it unto thee even as thou wilt. And her daughter was made whole from that very hour”.

There are times in our lives when we happen to be far from the place where our blessings or breakthroughs need to happen and it might not be a fault of our own, but we end up at the wrong place at the right time.

In cases such as this, it takes a lot of fast thinking and talking to turn events around in our favor so that the desired result takes place.

In the case of this women whose daughter was grievously sick and in need of a touch from the master’s hand this is demonstrated; she comes into contact with the one person who can assist her, yet He was hesitant as a result of her background; her genealogy was not right.

But the one good thing she had in her favor was she was able to talk a language which Jesus understood: “I need help Lord”. She fast talked her way into receiving that which would have otherwise been denied.

Do you know that prayers is just as effective as what this woman did? You can bend God’s ear with your pleas for assistance; won’t you try it today?
