God: makes you able to do it through Him…
Acts 7:5 (KJV) “And he gave him none inheritance in it, no, not so much as to set his foot on: yet he promised that he would give it to him for a possession, and to his seed after him, when as yet he had no child”.
When it is stated that God is “the God of impossibility” it isn’t a statement to be taken lightly; as a matter of fact it causes one to think on everything that one would have thought to be irrational or impossible and when He steps into the equation, it comes to pass.
You see, a person might be operating in the red with their business, bank account, finances and God steps into it and the negative becomes positive without you knowing or understanding how it occurred. A couple might be struggling years to conceive a child, wife might be barren, husband sperm count not reaching the average to conceive and then God steps into the situation and there you go with twins.
An individual is given several weeks to live and the doctors from every region, state and country have tried everything and given it up all as lost, then this God of impossibility shows up and its going on one year for that person who was given a death sentence.
So when I delicately suggest that He is the God of impossibility, what I am indicating is in our frailty, we doubt what He can do, we underestimate Him because we don’t see Him for what He is bringing to the table; but when that barrier around our hearts and mind can be torn off, much like the veil of the temple when Jesus died on the cross, our vision can stand to see Him for who He is.
I think if we have been operating at a certain level of expectation our faith meter can be elevated and we can start believing for something small, then bigger, then bigger, then start to escalate to child like faith. That is the faith that can remove some of the mountains we see when we see the problems; the good news is that He who can and will for us is available…today…He is here…He is available….He is….
New Trivia: We are cautioned to “remember” someone in the days of our youth; who is this?
