God: implements extraordinary strategies for our purpose

Ephesians 5:6-7 (KJV) “Let no man deceive you with vain words: for because of these things cometh the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience. Be not ye therefore partakers with them”.

There are times when we go through some mysterious things which even in foresight we can’t explain or fathom and it boggles the mind that no matter how much we pray the answer to the situations never appear: not by revelation, dreams or even visions. And sometimes we get caught up in trying to find solutions to the problems and it is at time that we get itching ears and grasp at the first thing or first few things which might appear as possible resolutions to the problems.

King David dealt with a situation for three years before was able to go to God and get a reason for the affliction (read 2 Samuel 21); at times when the pressure seem insurmountable we can tend to develop itching ears. But as followers of Christ we have to go through these things at times; growing in faith is when we are able to walk with the Spirit and know when it’s a storm we have to ride out or when its time to start the good fight of faith by engaging in warfare.

Beloved, walk in obedience and ask God for hearing ears and seeing eyes so that you are able to discern the times as it relates to your life. God promises that even though He is a God who hides, you will find Him when you seek Him with all your heart; so engage your heart in the relationship today.

New Trivia: We are cautioned to “remember” someone in the days of our youth; who is this?
