Ultimate Promise

covenant God

God: will not break His word to me…

Psalms 25:14-15 (KJV) “The secret of the Lord is with them that fear him; and he will shew them his covenant. Mine eyes are ever toward the Lord; for he shall pluck my feet out of the net”.

It is common knowledge and experience that as you live, the adversity you encounter increases, but the thing which makes you into who you are is how you overcome the adversity. You don’t just overcome by instinct, but by the teaching, guiding and knowledge of the spirit of God: you need a relationship with Jesus to effectively overcome the trials.

Knowing God and who He is as it relates to your life and the world is another big key in getting to where you are able to overcome. God made certain promises in His word and they still hold true today as it is guideline in how we live our lives. Fearing the supreme entity of God will lead you into deeper relationship with Him; acknowledging His authority gives us that advantage over what we face.

The desire of God for us is that we keep our eyes fixed upon Him at all time; be focused on receiving that which He has for us. God is a willing giver, He is bountiful in His determination toward us, it ought to be our heart’s yearning to be closer to Him; seek Him; get into His perfect will and reap the benefit of His covenant.

Let us be faithful in seeking more from Him.
