Not my own strength…

b strong

God: gives us the strength and skill to be strong...

Romans 15:1-2(KJV) “We then that are strong ought to bear the infirmities of the weak, and not to please ourselves. Let every one of us please his neighbor for his good to edification”.

The body of Christ has various levels of strengths and talents and at times we are not all operating at the peak performance that we have been blessed; but with divine guidance and dependence upon the Spirit of the Lord, the tools to accomplish what needs to be done will be spread across the broad spectrum of each blessed community.

It is therefore suggested in this reading that those who are strong; bear the infirmities of the weaker sect; point to note, this has nothing to do with pride or ego in that it might be perceived that a person is a know it all and is pushing themselves on the less fortunate or weaker.

Assistance and aide provided ought to be done in great humility of spirit with a prayerful attitude so that God receives all the glory.

Beloved, select someone who is in need of your help today and let the Lord of your strength be glorified in your actions today.
