Be happy! times of refreshing has come….

God: healing and comfort guaranteed; requires a joyous demeanour from us...

Isaiah 49:13 (KJV) “Sing, O heavens; and be joyful, O earth; and break forth into singing, O mountains: for the Lord hath comforted his people, and will have mercy upon his afflicted”.

Recently, I was looking at the body of Christ which I am familiar and even those who are often mentioned in the media as a result of the visibility of their ministries; and I got to thinking about the high level of affliction many are faced with, although it comes to light after fact for the most part.

Many in the body of Christ are seriously afflicted and the teaching that Jesus healed the sick and raised the dead and healed most folks He came into contact with is not magnified on the measuring stick of teachings as it ought to be; it could be that the adversary is busy putting up smokescreens to the teachings which have gone unto the airwaves, creating a mirage of ineffectiveness.

This reading jumped out at me and I was happy; it is a happy scripture verse full of promise and great expectations.  It calls for a joint union from the heavens, earth and structures within the realms to start acknowledging and making a glorious noise because the Holy God who created the heavens, earth and all that is therein had done something wonderful again.

The time for healing of affliction has arrived and God was in the process of comforting His people. Whatever ailment, affliction, pain, trauma, emotionalism, abuse, physical, mental all summed up et al. God has sent forth the angels of mercy with the promise He made of His son Jesus Christ and is accomplishing the needed healing that His people so long and have cried out for in their times of distress.

The fact of the matter is as long as mankind will cry out to God, He will in His loving care and tender mercies send out a Savior to heal the breaches and deliver them out of the affliction which might at times be self afflicted. The thing is, God delivers.

Beloved, you know how many days and nights you have cried out to Him and beseeched Him for mercy and pulled on His omniscience to dictate a speedy relief. He has heard your cries and He has answered.

Start your season of rejoicing as the Spirit of God is busy providing that which you have called unto Him for in your season.
