How bright is your light shining?

The sun will shine

God: the light; giver of life; the beacon.

John 9:5-7 (KJV) “As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world.  When he had thus spoken, he spat on the ground, and made clay of the spittle, and he anointed the eyes of the blind man with the clay, and said unto him, Go, wash in the pool of Siloam, (which is by interpretation, Sent.) He went his way therefore, and washed, and came seeing”.

It is difficult at times to fathom the goodness of God and the work He established to free humanity through the sacrifice of His son on the cross; hence the product of salvation. If you can conceptualize the fact that before the world there was good and evil or that there are two forces in effect in this world then you most likely would understand the ramification of death into life.

We all were born into sin and some can choose to continue perpetually in a sinful nature or turn from it and enter into light. When you walk into the light, things of darkness should no longer dominate or even be a part of our psyche. Jesus Himself in his words indicates that “as long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world” (Jn 9:5KJV). Herein then this statement does affect us today when we know that Jesus died and is sitting at the right hand of God the Father.

As a believer, through the works of the Holy Spirit who inhabits or comes to dwell within us when we turn from the dark into light we have Jesus still abiding with us; so in essence as a believer you are then walking around with the “Light”. The discernment, identification of the problem, ability to heal, deliver, make whole is available and present with you today.

Beloved at times there are barriers which will prevent us from having the light shine effectively within us or around us; but today if you know or sense or even if you don’t know ask; ask God to shine a search light within you and bring to your attention anything that is the stumbling block to doing what was accomplished by the “light”.

God is faithful when we ask believing that He will answer.

Trivia: He knew the exact date he was dying and the conditions; who is this?
