Gosh God you are Amazing…

Delight in God

God: delightful, wonderful and amazing

Psalm 37:4,5 (KJV) “Delight thyself also in the Lord: and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart. Commit thy way unto the Lord; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass”.

How delightful it is when you are struggling with a situation or events in your life; things seem to be going south in a most rapid speed which you cannot control. Almost like driving a vehicle downhill when the brakes gives way and you obviously start to panic.

Then suddenly the car through no effort on your part verge to the side of the road and stops suddenly; mysterious yet true in its occurrence, but the evidence eludes the grasp of human minds because it isn’t tangible.

This is a delightful experience of God bringing it to pass in a most marvelous way to effect the saving of lives. You cannot fathom it, yet is happening before your eyes; all you did was trust in God with your entire mind, body and soul in that snap moment before you saw your life flashing before your eyes.

When God gives us a promise the exemplary thing about Him is that He does not have to justify, and we cannot identify how He is going to do it, but I guarantee that when it does happen, it won’t be how you thought it would come to pass.

When His Word tells you to delight yourself in Him, oh my word, try thinking of getting several different gifts in a period of months and it’s not your birthday, anniversary or any special occasion. This is how our Lord and Savior treat us as we delight in His presence; with Him it can be fun, there can be trials but the specialty is when He brings you out of it and you wonder if it could be possible.

Then you have no choice but to trust Him because it can be no one else but HIM.

Trivia: Although he had a great and major destiny to fulfill, the Lord would have killed him because he didn’t follow a covenant agreement, who is this?

  1. I’ve tried and still do to communicate the experience of transcendence moments for non-believers. Its only when they crash by their own doing of some kind that they tend to hear it that God provides an inner guidance that we don’t have otherwise. A few people that I’ve met that choose not to believe (as a conscious decision) do have other spiritual people that help them along. Most though tend to ignore norms to suit their whims and fancy and end up at some point crashing into life head on hating themselves. I hardly recall what that is like. I am so grateful for the Spirit inside that allows me to see Spirit in everything that is near in the light and to avoid the pitfalls of the darkness in the abysmal absence of light. I get what you’re saying..At times you get directions to pray/intercede on someone’s behalf and you have no idea who they are until you obey instructions and things start to fall into your consciousness and you get a oooo moment.

I’m not saying I won’t ever go left/right just a tad. I tend to be stubborn at times, but thanks for His grace.

      Will check out the link:))
