Psalm 1:3 “And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper”.
Have you ever been in the position where your lack shames even the lowest pauper on the street in your mind; you exist on promises and are able to hold your head up just because you have a promise from God and refuse to let anything get between what He has spoken to you and your present circumstances.
It is at times like these that you can see through all the cloudiness fogging your thinking and see Jesus standing in front of you, holding out His hands to you and calling you to reach out and grab Him for He is holding in His hands the balm of Gilead.
He is promising that all will be well; he brings with Him the promise of the Psalmist that you aren’t going anywhere for you are a tree which I have planted by flowing rivers; you might not see it, but you are watered continually and shall grow to be a conduit of goodness to my people. Your leaves and branches shall become pregnant with fruits from which nations shall come to be replenished.
My son, my daughter, I know you have waited long and tarried with patience, but I need to assure you: that which I am preparing for you is so complicated, rich and full of greatness that it is taking time to prepare your presentation. Even so, I will bring into perspective all that I wish for you to have so that you faint not in your waiting.
Hold on, with me for I shall repay all the nervous energy you have exhausted in putting your trust in me. You shall not be disappointed; you shall not be ashamed, I am the Lord your God and I shall bring it to pass.
My prayer for you today beloved is that you hold fast unto God’s unchanging hands, for if He has spoken it into your life; He will bring it to fruition. Hold on, thou beloved of God.
