Psalm 27:1,2 “The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid? When the wicked, even mine enemies and my foes, came upon me to eat up my flesh, they stumbled and fell”.
I need a believer who is struggling right now with doubts and unbelief to understand their authority through the promises of God and the blood of Jesus. You might be a lay person struggling to crawl into a pew in your local church on the weekends or you just might be a Pastor or Elder who have taken so much of a beating from your congregation that you are just about ready to throw in the towel and RUN as far as your sanctified legs will allow you to.
But I need you to stop and hear the words Jesus is speaking right now: take control of that spirit of torment; that spirit of fear; that evil whispering in your ear which is constantly nagging, nagging, nagging at your consciousness.
I spoke to you once and I am taking the authority of Jesus and His shed blood and speaking on the authority God has given me and I command you to be silent; take your load from this location and leave, never to return. I claim my freedom to live through the suffering perpetrated by Christ’s death on the cross. I am free to express, live, love and be loved as a member of the body of Christ.
I crush you tormenting spirits of serpent and scorpion beneath my feet right now in Jesus’s name.
I don’t know, but I see some friend-enemies running for their lives; I see some tormenting spirits running at great speeds; I feel a load being lifted off of my shoulder even I pen this post.
May you be free as well as you claim the victory through the shed blood of Jesus Christ.
