Daily Inspiration Psalm 131:1 KJV (see trivia below)

Psalm 131:1 “Lord, my heart is not haughty, nor mine eyes lofty: neither do I exercise myself in great matters, or in things too high for me”.

Scripture tells us to “humble ourselves in the sight of God and in due season HE will exalt us” (James 4:10).  Humility doesn’t mean speaking the words and saying “I am humble”; it is a conscious decision and a way of life.  I believe that we ourselves cannot judge what we are putting out there and be self descriptive and be honest with out report.  Someone has to exalt you.

The best classification of the situation is when the judgment comes from God; when He sends out His search light and shines the light within you, throughout all the deep crevices and cracks of your heart, which is so tricky and susceptible to evil behavior and actions.

Yes it is good to have goals and aspirations, but the one that stands the test of time is leadership from the Holy Spirit, because I know that Paul said “in him we live, and move, and have our being” (talking about the Christ).  So if you are in HIM, likewise He will be in you.

Beloved, strive to get a stamp of approval from God. Let Him elevate you and you shall be well promoted.

Trivia: God anointed this individual and gave him a surname although the individual did not know God, who is this person?
